Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Russell Henry of Canada has developed an easier and less time-consuming way of building snow forts, igloos, mazes, or other fun snow structures of various sizes.

Searching for unique winter activities for his three sons, Russell began building small snow hills in the backyard. When that became a little boring, he started shaping the mounds of snow, which sparked the idea for a snow mold. Each year, he refined his invention, learning from the previous winter. Once a snow-hater, SnowMo has transformed his perspective. Now, it is ready to hit the market!

But how does it work? The invention is simply set on the ground and is closed and locked in place. Snow is placed inside and is packed down using the pack down tool. The invention is opened and repositioned to create the next panel and the process is repeated. It can then be used over and over to build as many panels as desired for ones snow creation. After use, the invention disassembles for easy storage until needed again. Multiple sizes are possible. The invention was designed to work with all types of snow. Light fluffy snow is preferred.
