Inventor Donald Birlew, Sr. of Dos Palos, CA has created an innovative new time-saving way to smoke and barbeque at the same time!

For many, cooking a meal outside is an enjoyable outdoor activity. Whether it is a family gathering, a picnic, or just a simple cookout, a great deal of time is spent around a smoker or grill. In most smokers, grates are horizontally suspended inside the smoking section for the food to rest upon. This, however, may introduce unwanted food spillage when it comes time for the food and grates to be removed in order to reintroduce fuel or a smoking source. Donald just knew there had to be a better way. In turn, he developed the Smoker BBQ Barrel!

This is a barrel smoker with a rack system for hanging meats and other food items. The invention allows food to be suspended in the smoking section without it having to be removed when adding fuel and a smoking source. It also makes it easy to remove the food when it is done. This will be a must-have for camping or home use!
