Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Tommy Showalter of Sautee Nacoochee, GA has created a backyard game board that allows easier access to tossed bags that went down the game board hole. Plus, a retractable tape measure within the board to ensure accurate gameplay.

When playing the game of cornhole, there can be difficulty removing the bags from under the hole and getting an accurate score count. You also have to utilize a separate AirMail pedestal. In turn, Tommy was inspired to make an improvement to the standard cornhole board. Gen2 Cornhole Games is his solution.

But how does it work? Simply move the cornhole game board into place. Now, position the second board by using the retractable tape measure. As play continues, lift the bag access door to record accurate scores and retrieve the bags.

To convert the game board to the AirMail feature, separate the board into 2 pieces. The back piece remains in place. Remove the front piece. You are now ready for the game! You will need to toss the bag directly into the hole to score.

To convert the game board to Target Toss, the 2 pieces must be connected. Simply stand the board up vertically and engage the support legs. You must toss the bags on a horizontal plane.

At the end of play, open the bag access door and place your bags inside for storage. You can now lift the front to engage wheels for transport.
