Inventor Deirdra M. Thomas of Lewisville, TX has created an innovative new cap that can be worn without disrupting your hairstyle.

One cold morning, Deirdra began looking around for a cap that would keep her head warm on her way to work. With braids, she didn't want to forgo her hairstyle just because of the weather. With nothing around that would work, she decided to take one of her baseball caps and cut a large hole at the top. By doing this, she was able to pull her braids through the hole and style her hair outside of the cap. This worked perfectly and gave her the stylish look she wanted while keeping her head warm. She knew countless others would benefit from a hat like this, too! In turn, she developed the FreStil Cap!

This is the ideal solution whether you style your long hair, braids, or locs in a ponytail or bun at the top of your head. After styling your hair, simply put the cap on and gently pull your hair through the opening at the crown. You can then adjust the cap and fasten it, so it fits comfortably on your head.
