Inventor Dmitri Khorov of New Orleans, LA has designed a myofascial release tetrahedron that embodies the next logical step forward in the development of myofascial release methods. Dmitri is a YACEP and E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and certified coach with Rossiter Stretching System.

Using tools like blocks, rolling pins, tennis balls, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers for easing myofascial pain can be tricky. They often don't last long and need to be replaced often. Additionally, it is hard to adjust their shape or how deeply they work, which makes it difficult to focus on specific sore spots. While these items might offer short-term relief, they are generic in design and might not suit everyone's needs or offer long-lasting results. In turn, Dmitri was inspired to create The Unblock T!

The tetrahedron's innovative design features equilateral triangles, each vertex rounded to a unique diameter. This distinct structure permits easy modifications of pressure and penetration depth, offering precise relief for trigger points or adhesions in myofascial tissue. By rotating to a different vertex, pressure is easily adjusted for a tailored therapeutic experience. Its shape closely resembles fingers and hands, enabling deeper reach into areas of the body that are difficult to access with current tools on the market. Various sizes are possible to fit different body types.
