Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Justin Burke of Cypress, TX has created a new space-saving exercise machine for back extension, glute ham development, Nordic curl, Bulgarian split squat, sissy squat, and sit ups.

As an avid fitness enthusiast, Justin was inspired to build a whole garage gym. When setting up a garage gym or a gym in a small space, it is important to create a functional but practical space - one that allows the user to get a full work out while keeping the footprint minimal. Several months later, he was in the market for a back extension. However, this particular piece of equipment was too large for a small garage gym. Justin assumed there had to be a similar option on the market that could mount into the wall. However, after some research, nothing like that was available. And so, Justin decided to develop The Post! He realized it didn't have to be limited to just a back extension and spent some time developing how to make it multi-functional. By including glute ham development, Nordics, Bulgarians, and sit up anchoring with the back extension, some of the best bodyweight movements in the fitness culture are able to be performed with this exercise device. Wall-mounting to vertical studs is an economic use of space, saving the user up to 160 square feet of floor space!
