Inventor Larry A. Heidelberg, Sr. of Fritch, TX has designed a new cover for securing a pair of scissors while on-the-job.While working as an electrician, Larry would often lose his pair of scissors in the high visibility vest he was required to wear. The vest would entangle the scissors and pull them out of their holster. Brushing up against small wires would do this, too. Frustrating! Other times the scissors would become completely lost.
