Story Behind the Invention
Inventor Keith G. Buford, IIof Sacramento,CA has invented a personal pocket-sized device for dispensing a strong smelling topical agent in an effort to mask unpleasant smells.
One common trick-of-the-trade used by emergency medical technicians and other medical/emergency personnel is the use of a dab of a strong smelling salve under their nose in order to mask other unpleasant smells such as vomit, defecation, and even death. With the compoundin place, these personnel can perform their jobs without choking, gagging, and even vomiting. However, the container in which such products are provided are typically large and difficult to carry in ones pocket or the like. Even if readily available, it is sometimes difficult to apply discreetly such that others do not see or become offended by the action. InventorBufordhas created a means by which a strong smelling topical agent can be readily and discreetly applied under ones nose.
This clever new invention dispenses a strong smelling salve under ones nose, which allows EMTs, custodians, doctors, and nurses to do their job. The salve ismade from organic ingredients, and has a similar design to that of atube of lip balm. The use of the Scented Product Dispenser with Clip provides a handy means of dispensing topical salve in a manner which is not only quick, easy and effective, but also discreet.
