Story Behind the Invention

Inventor John Bianchi, a painter from Pittsburgh, PA has created a device that keeps paint splatters off of baseboards while painting. It conveniently slides with ease along the wall. It was created for professional painters to save time and for do-it-yourselfers for producing higher quality work just like the professionals.

Perhaps the most critical of all painting tasks is the masking off of surfaces not to be painted. This often applies to the baseboards located at floor level. Their tall and wide nature means that extra tape, or other masking material must be used. Also, its low placement often requires the painter to lie on the floor to adequately see. Should the baseboards not be masked off, they will surely become covered with paint splatters, greatly detracting from the overall aesthetic appeal of the paint job, and requiring an extensive post-painting cleanup afterward. Inventor Bianchi has created a means by which paint splatters can be kept off of baseboards without issue.

This clever new invention provides for professional looking results. The device is adjustable in length. It hugs the baseboard. It is portable and easy to clean after use. The use of the Rolling Baseboard Splatter Guard keeps paint splatters off of baseboard areas in a manner which is quick, easy, and effective.
