Story Behind the Invention

Tony Neal, a ranch owner in Louisiana, found himself facing a challenge when it came to painting his pipe fencing. Determined to protect and maintain the fence, he headed to the paint store in search of tools specifically for the job.

The options, however, were disappointing. One tool was a mitten for hand application, but it shed fuzz, stuck to the pipe, and generally made a mess. Another was a spring roller meant to wrap around the pipe, but it wasted paint, leaving a sloppy trail on the ground.

Determined to find a better solution, Tony took action. With a welding machine and some scrap rollers in his shop, he began creating what would become the ROLL-ALL!

But how does it work? The invention is equipped with two rollers that are simple to load. To use, just turn it over and roll each roller in a paint pan individually. The tool makes painting round objects effortless and ensures there are no drips. It is also highly effective for painting spindles, square surfaces, staircase banisters, and handrails.
