Unfortunately, todays cleaning poles are made of metal, which makes the pole a target of lightning. When it is thundering, pool owners or other pool cleaners are not able to vacuum or clean the pool at all until the weather improves. Inventors Ramos, Del Campo, and Ramos have created a pole that looks and functions just like a metal cleaning pole but it can be used in all weather conditions.This clever new invention allows for safer pool maintenance.
