Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Mike Rempel of Kelowna, BC has created an apparatus that picks up animal droppings, breaks them down, and then dispenses them as fertilizer in an ecologically friendly manner.

As a lifelong dog owner, Inventor Rempel was tired of dealing with the way his lawn looked from the effects of shoveling up dog droppings. In general, picking up pet waste is such a nuisance. The waste must be located, picked up, and carried around until it can be properly discarded. Inventor Rempel knew there had to be a way to simplify this task. This is when his idea for PAWS was born. PAWS is the Pet Animal Waste System! Now droppings can be easily picked up to avoid a sanitation and eyesore hazard, and be used as an ecologically friendly fertilizer!

This clever new invention provides for a more complete cleanup. Theres no need for shovels, scoopers, or separate bags. No bending is required. A rotating long bristle brush works in the same manner as a rotating brush on a vacuum cleaner. This is a green product and will keep yards looking their best.
