Inventor Lionel Heggelund has transformed the art of guitar fret leveling with his innovative and precision-engineered new tool. Designed to deliver unparalleled accuracy, this tool allows guitarists to level frets to within an incredible .001 inch tolerance. But how does it work? The tool features built-in micrometer adjustable glide post bearings, ensuring controlled height leveling across the entire fretboard. Its slim design of less than 3/8 of an inch wide preserves the guitar's fretboard radius, eliminating the need for reworking or reshaping post-leveling. Unlike traditional 1-inch-wide leveling tools, Lionels narrow design reduces labor and cleanup, simplifying the process significantly.

The tool is available in two models, including an 18-inch version for standard acoustic and electric guitars and a 24-inch version for electric bass guitars, making it suitable for most common guitar scale lengths. By covering the full fretboard length in one pass, it eliminates the need for multiple tools, saving time and effort. Notably, users wont need to remove the nut or spend extra time recrowning frets, as the tool ensures minimal material removal.
