Story Behind the Invention

Inventors Winston J. Auld and Elaine A. Auld of Niagara Falls, ONT have created a puck holding container that allows users to push pucks inside for collection.

Inventor Winston J. Auld considers hockey to be a huge part of his life. Involved with the sport since boyhood, he now remains active in running mens leagues and Junior Hockey Club. He is chairman of two very large hockey tournaments and has coached, managed, and scouted players for most of his life. This experience helped lead to the creation of the Hockey Puck Shagger.

Gathering pucks is usually a time consuming process. It requires players or coaches to bend over and grab countless pucks and place them in a container after every game or practice. This clever new invention quickly gets pucks off the ice. Save time and your back while collecting pucks. No more bending over or kneeling to pick up pucks one at a time. It is easy to transport. The product is great for coaches.

The Hockey Puck Shagger is available in various sizes to handle enough pucks for practices, a game, or puck tosses during intermissions. It is ideal for all ages, from beginners to professional players!
