Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Ralph Edward Leslie of Ridgway, PA has created an apparatus to aid in picking up hard to access objects that are heavy and/or non-magnetic.

A magnetic pickup tool is designed to retrieve magnetic items that have fallen to the floor or into inaccessible locations. However, such a tool only works with magnetic material, thus objects such as cell phones, wallets, remote controls, and eye glasses cannot be picked up. Mechanical gripper tools also exist, but only work with small lightweight objects that weigh a few ounces. Inventor Leslie has created a means by which somewhat heavy non-magnetic objects can be picked up from inaccessible locations without these problems.

This clever new invention prevents loss of valuable items. It saves time and aggression. Its pole handle extends three feet or longer. Its adhesive pad can hold several pounds. It picks up both magnetic and non-magnetic items. The use of the Grabber with Adhesive End allows for picking up hard to access objects of all types in a manner which is quick, easy, and effective.
