Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Richard Medina of North Richland Hills, TX has created an insulated sleeve for a beverage bottle or can with an integral, but removable, freezable inner layer.

Insulated beverage containers, or koozies, are used to help keep bottled or canned beverages cool. However, these holders only work well if the beverage being placed inside is already cold. Plus it is just a matter of time before the beverage begins to warm up. The user is left with no choice other than to drink it warm or discard it, since adding ice to a can or bottle is nearly impossible. The user could place their drink back in a refrigerator to get cold again, but then is forced to wait before continuing to drink it. Inventor Medina has created a means by which a bottled or canned beverage can be made cold and remain chilled while in an insulated holder for a long length of time.

This clever new invention keeps beverages cold all day. It is for use with all kinds of bottles or cans. It has a freezable inner layer that is collapsible to save space. It saves time and money. It is great for travel. The use of the Flexible Freezable Beverage Koozie provides a means to enjoy a cold bottled or canned beverage all day long in a manner which is quick, easy, and effective.
