Story Behind the Invention
Inventor Robert Perry of West Deptford, NJ has created a new way to wire a home or building!
Whether you are a do-it-yourselfer or an experienced electrician, installing a new electrical outlet can be taxing. Whats more, there is always the risk of electric shock or electrocution. In addition, the spaces between an electrical outlet box and the new outlet are so narrow that it becomes difficult to connect the electrical wiring to the respective terminals of an electrical outlet. Removal of an old outlet may be difficult as well because of the tight fit. Inventor Perry knew there had to be another way! In turn, he created the Electrically Charged Quick Change Outlet Box.
This clever new invention can either be wired into an insert of an existing outlet box or a new box designed for new construction. By wiring the box hot, the outlet or switch will need no wiring. In fact, you will never have to touch another wire, which makes it safe and easy for replacement by professionals or do-it-yourselfers alike. The invention would be ideal for retrofit and new construction. It will also cut down on maintenance costs.
