Story Behind the Invention
Inventors James Platt, Jessie Platt, and Becky Nesbitt of Manor, PA have created a medical pad and mattress topper with strategically placed air bladders that offer lift support for patient comfort, healing, and personal care assistance.
As inventors in both the caregiving profession as well as having personal experiences in dealing with aging family members, the Bed Nurse is the one and only way to help everyone. After extensive research, there was nothing available to act as a lift support, transfer pad, stabilizer, or medical aid all-in-one. In turn, Inventors Platt and Nesbitt were inspired to develop the Bed Nurse!
At the press of a button, one or more of the seven air bladders will raise, lower, or turn a person for comfort, medical procedures, or cleaning and dressing care. A timing device has been incorporated to decrease bed sores and infections. This will lead to better relief for the ailing. The invention will also give dignity to the elderly, as they will not require as much assistance from others as they would without this device. The invention will put little to no stress on the patient or caregiver. The employer will reduce staffing, workers comp claims, and patient liabilities. All this at a fraction of the cost of what is available today! It is compact for easy storage and transfer, while also having small packaging for delivery and shelf space to market.
The amazing Bed Nurse was created by inventors who know the industry! There is nothing like this out there! Want to learn more? Be the first to contact us NOW for additional information or for manufacturing, retail, wholesale, distribution, or licensing opportunities!
