ALL FOUR – FAILED!1) They do NOT find my wifi network The very WiFi network my phone scanning them is on!!2) They do NOT SEE the QR code ON THE LIGHTBULB.3) the QR code on the paper sends them into a permanent hunt and says: “we can’t locate the device.”DISAPPOINTMENT and FRUSTRATION at WORTHLESS PRODUCT that does NOTHING.

I think this is the best thing they’ve ever ever invented. OK I’m not lazy but when I’m in bed and I’m watching TV or I’m looking at my computer or I’m reading I don’t wanna get back out of my bed to go over to the wall to turn out the light switch all I have to tell is Alexa to turn off the light and it dims, and turns off the other fun thing about this is, that I can change the colors which I utterly love. the connectivity was easy. This is the fourth variant of smart bulb I have tried. It is the best of the lot but still has one rather annoying flaw. If the power goes off for any length of time, the bulb defaults to on. Best would be to revert to the last state. If that its too big an ask, at least give the user the choice of defaulting to on or off. Setup on this was the easiest I have seen and dimming is quite good. Will have to see how long they last.

I tell you my experience (And I can tell you that it was good), I am currently placing my smart home, and I am buying little by little everything I need for that to happen, I have been buying other smart bulbs, but I had not found what I will have… Until I found this light bulb!Advantages:- Easy to use, connectivity with the cell phone is fast.- Energy saving, it has efficient energy saving.- It works wonderfully, since there is no latency when setting it up when turning it on or paying it off.- It gives a super modern look and look to my house.Disadvantages- Now I want my whole house to have these light bulbs lol.

I had previously bought a sengled bundle package with my new echo pop as a prime deal, and nothing would work to connect it to my Alexa or any app period. I exchanged that for this bulb and all i had to do was screw it in, go to add device (light) and hit amazon basics. Immediately it found the bulb, connected to WiFi AND connected to my echo pop in less than 1 minute. The quality is great wish there was a tad more color variation for sunset effect but you can’t have it all… i love that it actually works though.

A bit of a pain to set-up initially and if you rename your wifi. It needs a specific signal type. Once it’s connected though, it stays visible to my Echo Dot and works really well. Can also control the brightness slider.The dimness seems to only go so dim [ie 1% dimness doesn’t look as dark as I’d like for a nightlight]

I have these all over my house, everywhere I need an Alexa assist for lighting. I live alone and although I frequently come home after dark, I never come into a dark house as Alexa turns my lights on at dusk. As a senior citizen, there is always the fear of walking around in the dark, fumbling for a light switch, and falling. These bulbs solve that problem. I love that I can turn lights on and off on command and am able to go to bed with lights on and with one command turn everything off once I’m safely in bed. Likewise, mornings that begin before daylight begin in a well-lit house with one command. I recommend these to all my friends and family! I also like that these can be dimmed or brightened on command as well. They are easy to set-up and program even for a novice like myself. Worth the price!!

Very easy to set up and to program in a group. You can tell Alexa to work them as a group (by group name)or each one by their individual name. Not a lot of colours, but using them in the living and dining rooms so only use shades of white. I really like them and makes life easier.

Talk about plug and play, these bulbs interface directly with the Alexa app and are incredibly easy to connect. No more fiddling with 3rd party apps. They look good, too, with a nice warm white.
