Inventors Rose Marie Logsdon and Sammy L. Logsdon of Georgetown, TX have created two clips with a swivel mechanism between the two to aid in various situations.

Inspired by the need for a clip that corrals both personal items and shopping bags while out grocery shopping or running errands, Inventors Logsdon created the Clips with Swivel.

This clever new invention clips onto a grocery cart to secure a purse. It also clips onto reusable grocery bags. It frees the inside of a cart. The invention prevents kids from tossing personal items out of a cart. The device keeps bags together in the car as well.
