Story Behind the Invention

Inventors Terrance T. Jordan and Marisol Jordan of Annapolis, MD have created an updated means to secure a users shirt or other apparel to a users socks.

Military dress uniforms or other professional attire often require the use of shirt stays. These devices allow shirts to be tucked in and tight against ones body. They are designed to provide for a polished look. However, an ongoing issue is the tendency of shirt stays coming undone. Inventors Jordan have created a means to keep shirt stays in place thereby protecting one from a sloppy appearance.

This clever new invention disables a shirt stay from popping open with use of snap closures. It includes a tool for securing fasteners and an adjustable strap. Shirts remain straight. It is great for military apparel. The use of the Improved Shirt Stay does away with the inconvenience and embarrassment over shirt stays coming undone as part of a uniform or other clothing, in a manner that is quick, easy, and effective.
