Inventor Maykis developed this clever innovation, which is a garment designed to be worn as a stylish accessory that can be worn year-round to enhance ensembles and during the winter for fashionable warmth. The garment wraps around the neck like a scarf with the ends attached together by means of a clasping mechanism or magnets. It is relatively thick in order to provide appropriate insulation against the cold for winter use.
