Story Behind the Invention
Inventors Anna Schepley and son, James M. Schepley of Rockford, IL have designed a 7-day organizer case for medical marijuana.
Like many, Anna often found herself overspending on medical marijuana. She would tap into her reserve frequently and then would have to replenish her supply multiple times a week. In 2009, she broke her ankle and used pill organizer cases to keep track of her weekly prescription doses. After her ankle healed, she was going to pitch the organizer cases, but decided to repurpose them instead. Anna began splitting her medical marijuana reserve equally into each compartment. This worked perfectly and kept her spending on track. Anna and James were then inspired to expand on this idea and create My Little Helper!
The invention features seven compartments that are specially labeled for each day of the week. At the beginning of the week, you will simply split your cannabis reserve into sevenths and load each compartment. You will then know exactly how much you have available per day. Not only will this help you ration your weekly reserve, it will keep you organized, and save you money! The case uses a non-stick and easy to clean material on the inside. Various sizes are available for different prescription amounts. A pop-out compartment can be used on-the-go.
