Neil Montgomery, Founder and CEO of Montgomery IP Associates, became frustrated with the inventing process — like many everyday inventors — and nearly abandoned his own inventions. It was during that experience that Neil developed the VIP Invention Success Strategy: a framework for navigating the maze of research, protection, and commercialization without getting burned by the people who were supposed to help.

For Sale By Inventor is a technology-enabled inventor platform and online marketplace operated by Montgomery IP Associates. Montgomery IP employs the production team behind the platform — marketers, engineers, 3D artists, and client support staff — who handle intake, research production, prototyping, and commercialization support.
All legal services — including patent search oversight, application filing, prosecution, and related counsel — are provided exclusively by independent, licensed patent attorneys. Those attorneys are not employees of FSBI or Montgomery IP Associates. Their professional duties are owed solely to the inventor.
FSBI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The platform model exists to give inventors coordinated access to both sides — production and legal — without the conflicts of interest built into the old invention promotion model.
Engaging with FSBI's platform does not create an attorney-client relationship with FSBI or Montgomery IP Associates.
