Inventor Bobby J. McCarty, Jr. of Jackson, GA has created a special attachment for painters and sheetrock workers who must sand prior to finishing a wall.

The proper tool for the job makes all the difference. This is especially true for large projects like interior finishing, where preparing drywall for paint, wallpaper, or tile can be time consuming and hard on ones body. While working with his son in the paint and sheetrock business, the two spent a lot of time sanding and after a while, Bobby just knew there had to be a better way. In turn, he developed the Sanding Attachment for a Trimmer!

This is a quick and easy solution that provides quality results. It is also a safer alternative to hand-held sanders, as no ladder is needed to do ceilings or high wall areas. Any size sanding disc can be used - most typically an 8 inch. Users will simply click the attachment onto a line trimmer and get to work.
