Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Richard Lee of Valemount, BC has created a device that reduces the amount of work and repeated bending associated with manual wood splitting.

When manually splitting wood, a log is placed upon a splitting stump and struck in a vertical fashion whereupon the individual pieces fall to the ground. The larger pieces are then placed upon the stump and struck again until all the pieces are small enough. A person must then bend over again and pick up all of the individual pieces of firewood and place them in a wood pile. All of this repeated bending can quickly become tiring after a few short minutes, much less after a long session of splitting wood. In turn, Inventor Lee was inspired to create the Axe Buddy the smartest way to split wood manually!

This clever new invention makes the process faster, easier, and safer. It keeps split wood together. It saves a users body from all that bending and lifting. It is much kinder on the knees. The device is strong and durable. To learn more or for manufacturing, retail, wholesale, distribution, or licensing opportunities for the Axe Buddy act now!
