Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Curtis T. Shevchenko of Canada has created an improved multi-segmented wiper blade for your vehicle. The invention scrubs and cleans with each stroke to leave a sparkling windshield behind!

A clear windshield is essential for the safety of everyone in a vehicle and on the road. However, the added time it takes to pull over and manually clean a windshield is never appreciated; especially during long trips. Inventor Shevchenko quickly saw the need for a better wiper blade that would clean his windshield of any debris, without him having to stop to scrub the window down. In turn, he was inspired to create the Bug Blade!

This is a simple cam assembly that will slightly rotate the center of gravity to either side of the wiper arm for multiplied pressure and improved cleaning with each pass. A pair of aggressive yet non-scratching scrubbing pads were designed to have a larger surface area than a traditional wiper blade to effectively scrub a windshield of debris. The scrub pads will be easily replaceable.
